Everything about this place is so wrong, the food, the service, the cleanliness. It took them 30 minutes just to serve an ice tea. Not recommended!

This outlet seems like it's about to close and go bankrupt. Seems like the owner doesn't pay attention to it anymore. Different from the other outlets. The oxtail meat etc. comes in small portions, priced at 70-90rb. The soup is tasty but too salty. The iced tea wasn't sweet, so we had to ask for extra sugar. If you want to cut costs, you shouldn't reduce the food quality. Move somewhere else instead. Or reduce the staff as needed

Located in PIM 1 next to Hokben Ate here twice, before ramadhan and during ramadhan 2024 The oxtail soup is pretty tasty, my child also likes the fried rice. The service is a bit slow. The staff seem sluggish 🤔 But after Eid I saw it was already closed

The soup wasn't hot, the rice that came out first was too mushy, but whatever. Wanted more rice and was told they'd run out (how do you run out of rice?), told to wait 7 minutes. After waiting 7 minutes, asked again and they said to wait 5 minutes. When the rice came out, it wasn't cooked, still half raw grains. How can this happen at a fairly big restaurant in Mall PIM. Won't be coming back.

Reservation for 20 people, the food was already on the table at the reservation time... only 1 person had arrived and the food was already displayed unhygienically. The people who were going to eat hadn't arrived & it was only eaten 1 hour later. The soup tasted rank, even though there was no goat. But it smelled like a billy goat
