Written on May 26, 2024. A hangout spot with a couple of F&Bs on the premise. Located within walking distance from the Arteri (previously RS Medika Permata Hijau) shelter of TransJakarta Corridor 8. It is also on the route of TransJakarta non-BRT 8D). It has a spacious parking area for both cars and motorcycles. I came here on Sunday noon, and there was no parking attendant (tukang parkir) on the premises. I'm not sure if they only start working in the afternoon and night. In the main building, there are first and second floor dining areas. The first floor has more tables, while on the second floor, there were only three tables with six seats. Both dining areas can only be accessed by walking up stairways. No ramp nor elevator. It is not disability friendly. There's a cafe and co-working space on the first floor. On the second floor, there are three food kiosks (two of them serve pork). The second floor kiosks do not provide beverages. If you'd like to buy a drink, go to the first floor cafe. Each floor has a hand washing sink. The dining areas are outdoors, and there are ceiling fans on both floors. I went to one of the food kiosks on the second floor, and they accepted cards, cash, and online payments. However, I couldn't use my Dana app, as it did not read the provided QR code. I ended up paying cash. The dining experience I've had was pretty bad. They served the food in a plastic container and the cutleries provided were also plastic, while the soup was served in a paper cup. It is as if they treated dine-in customers as take-out customers, because I also saw other people ordered from another kiosk and got their food served in doggie bags. Apparently, the second floor food kiosks are mainly focused on serving online delivery orders and take-outs. The main business of this establishment would be the first floor cafe. There are also two restaurants with dedicated spaces on the wing, but, they seemed to be closed when I was there.

Variety food vendors, easy access with ample parking space. Food served freshly served, lunch time is normally crowded.
