Had a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The service by Fahmi and Tio was attentive, warm, and genuinely professional. They made us feel very welcomed throughout the evening. Special compliments as well to Chef Mario Tanu for delivering such excellent dishes. We truly enjoyed the Chilled Seafood Tower which was fresh and beautifully presented, the Caesar Salad was perfectly balanced, and the Crispy Pinwheel Lasagna was unique and absolutely delicious. The Hanger Steak was cooked perfectly with great flavor, and the Dark Chocolate Cake was the perfect ending to the meal. Great food, great hospitality, and a memorable experience overall. Highly recommended and definitely looking forward to coming back again.

their mac and cheese with black truffle are SOOOO good! it was sooo delicious and the amount of the truffle was just right so it was perfectly balanced! and their service are the best! we’re served by kak fahmi and kak annisa— they’re really attentive and helpful (also fun to talk to!) and the rest of the staff—every single one of them are very welcoming and friendly too! overall it was a happy experience for me and my friends for having our lunch and celebrating my friend’s birthday there!☺️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing experience at The Nineteen Jakarta! Service was absolutely top-notch — truly a 1000/10. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the overall vibe of the place is so luxurious, perfect for special occasions or celebrations. Special shoutout to Raras, one of the waiters, who was so attentive and even helped take photos for us during our visit. Her hospitality really made the experience even more memorable. Price range is around Rp250k++ per person, which felt very reasonable for the quality of food, service, and ambiance you get. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a special dining experience in Jakarta!

Honestly, the best hospitality ever! First time trying out The Nineteen Jakarta and I'm honestly so impressed. The food here is amazing. The steak was so tender and juicy, but oh my god... the CHEESE CAKE IS INSANELY GOOD!!! You seriously have to order it, it's next-level delicious 😭😭🤍 But what really blew me away was their service. I actually had a super MINOR complaint during my meal, and I didn't expect much, but their hospitality is just unmatched. The manager personally came over to our table to apologize, offered us drinks, and even gave us their signature chocolate cake! To be honest, I felt so bad afterwards because the complaint was so minor, but they handled it with so much care and professionalism 🥺❤️ It's so rare to find a place where both the food and the customer service are this top-notch. 10/10 experience. Will definitely be back!

Celebrated my birthday here and honestly had the best experience! The food was great, the service was top notch, and everyone was super friendly. Special thanks to Ananta, Sriyanto Fachmi, andr Aris Especially Kak Ananta💗 who made sure I had the best time. He even helped take my photos and omg, they turned out so good, Will definitely be back!
