So glad to see Tenun Coffee Roasters reopen! It has been way too long, but seeing how they turned their cozy original space into such a gorgeous, warm, and elevated spot makes the wait completely worth it. Roasted Dirty Latte: Absolute stand-out. Smooth, rich, and surprisingly velvety, it unrolls with this rich cheesecake-like flavor profile that keeps you going back for another sip. Huge kudos to the team for continuing to champion Indonesian coffee beans and sharing Nusantara culture through high-quality food, specialty drinks, and thoughtful design. Highly recommend checking out their new space!
View on GoogleLocated in the heart of SCBD–Senopati, I usually have my team meetings around this area 2–3 times a week. One day, I had to go to 18 Parc and was looking for a nearby coffee spot, then I found Tenun. The ambience is really lovely. They just renovated around January, expanding the space (taking over the area next to the Thai restaurant), and now it feels 5x much bigger, more comfortable, with plenty of tables and sofas. The coffee is definitely not your regular café standard. You can tell the beans are carefully selected, and everything is beautifully presented and well-crafted. What I ordered: - Fresh Montblanc - 100/10 ⭐️ - Dirty Latte - 9/10 - Ice Coconut Sugar Latte - 9.5/10 - Milk Tea - 7/10 - Chocolate - 7/10 - Kue Lapis - 10/10 - Sesame & Chocolate Pisang Goreng - 8/10 - Cheese & Palm Sugar Pisang Goreng - 7/10 - Corned Beef, Cheese & Egg Sandwich - 8.5/10 They also have great facilities: smoking room, private room (up to 12 pax), praying room, and the restroom is super clean and comfortable. One thing I really appreciate, they provide free-flow water at no charge, which is such a thoughtful touch. All the baristas and servers are friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to for both meetings and coffee time ☕✨
View on GoogleI first got to know Tenun Coffee through a friend, and since then it has become one of my go-to places whenever I need a good caffeine fix. I can say that Tenun is one of the best coffee spots in Jakarta. You can choose beans based on your own preference, and their selections are always unique and full of character. The execution is consistently excellent. Coffee lovers in Jakarta probably already know Tenun. What makes it special is that you can truly taste the owner’s passion for coffee (and food) in every cup and every dish; now that they’ve expanded and even serve proper meals in addition to their great coffee. PS: Photo evidence of my long-term caffeine relationship with Tenun—and this is still only a fraction of the cups I’ve had here.
View on GoogleTenun Coffee Roasters is a standout destination for those who appreciate the craft behind a truly exceptional cup of specialty coffee. The industrial-chic interior combined with the rhythmic sound of their on-site roasting creates an immersive atmosphere that any coffee enthusiast will find captivating. I was thoroughly impressed by the depth of flavor in their single-origin pours, which clearly showcase the expertise and passion they pour into every batch. The space is thoughtfully designed to be both a professional workspace and a relaxed social hub, offering plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. If you are looking for a premium experience where the quality of the bean is the star of the show, this roastery is an absolute must-visit.
View on GoogleWe had dinner at Tenun Coffee Roasters today and tried their juicy chicken with lime leaf rice and chicken satay. The chicken was tender and flavorful, topped with plenty of crunchy serundeng. The lime leaf rice stood out aromatic, tasty, and perfectly balanced without any bitterness. My husband ordered their low-caf coffee, which turned out to be the ideal choice for a relaxing evening. The place has recently expanded into a bigger space, giving it a more comfortable vibe, and their menu now features a variety of unique options worth exploring. Overall, a delightful experience. We’ll definitely be coming back.
