I really liked the cozy feel at Shori Sushi Bar in Ashta District 8. The Japanese-inspired atmosphere makes it easy to settle in and enjoy the meal, and the sushi stood out for me as fresh and satisfying. It’s the kind of place that feels relaxed without trying too hard, which made the whole visit even nicer. I’d definitely come back when I’m in the mood for sushi.

Great ambiance and quite surprised that it's very spacious inside. Menu is comprehensive but most specialized in sushi, just as its name "sushi bar". Price is reasonable and portion is good too. The sukiyaki is way too sweet though. But the rice bowl is good

Excellent food and excellent service. I ordered salad and it was good, light and just enough dressing. Salmon belly miso soup was a bit fishy, but it was okay. We ordered a lot of salmon dishes and they were decent. Good texture and thickness, also tasted fresh. The service was great. The servers were attentive and they picked up the dirty plates right away. The restaurant was packed when we came here because it was a lunch time, but we didn’t really wait because there were only two of us. Highly recommended.

I am in Jakarta for a short weekend trip and have been back to this place for lunch twice. Great place for a quick bite and also if you’re traveling alone, you could just do walk in, service is fast and staffs are friendly and helpful. My favourite from this place is their aburi beef spicy and also beef mushroom truffle rolls. Melt in the mouth kind of texture. I love it
