Reservations are recommended. I’ve always wanted to visit Pierre for years and I regret not coming here much earlier than last night. The menu was thought upon delicately. Our appetizers, main course, and desserts, paired with a wonderful glass of wine were to die for. Appetizer: Escargot (cooked with tomato fondue) Mains: L’entrecôte au Poivre, Poulet Roti Dessert: Customized birthday treats—chocolate ice cream & cake. The Steak au Poivre is definitely my top choice, as the perfectly cooked steak with brandy cream sauce really pops out. Can we order a whole jar of the sauce? I’m a fan. This definitely will not be my last visit. My friend and I had a small birthday dinner and Pierre has definitely made it to my shortlist for another special occasion. Service was top-notch, the staffers allowed us to do wine-tasting before ordering it. They were super helpful with us changing the table to an available smoking area space, and of course they celebrated my birthday too. Thank you for making our first visit memorable. (5/5) PS: Please consider adding classic escargot menu without the tomato 😋
View on GooglePierre. This French bistro has been there for a while. Nevertheless, it still keeps its shine and quality. I ordered L’entrecote au poivre and grenouilles (sautéed frog legs with garlic and butter). These two dishes were outstanding, 4.9 stars. The frog legs are highly recommended. The service was excellent, a real top-notch. Wines were priced reasonably (not overpriced). All in all, this is a 4.9/5.0 star culinary experience.
View on GoogleA leisurely Sunday brunch never fails to feel special here. We began with the Salmon with Potato Scale, which was, without question, one of the finest salmon dishes we’ve ever had. The potato scales were beautifully crisp, offering a delightful contrast to the perfectly succulent salmon. The sauce was wonderfully balanced—delicate enough to complement the fish while bringing every element together in harmony. The Le Confit was equally enjoyable in many respects. Its skin was wonderfully crisp, and the meat was flavourful and well-seasoned. While a few portions were a touch drier and firmer than expected, making them slightly difficult to cut, the overall execution remained satisfying. Our only small disappointment was the first serving of pommes frites, which arrived rather over-fried and dry. However, this was graciously and promptly rectified by our waitress, who replaced them with a fresh batch without hesitation—a gesture we sincerely appreciated. To conclude, we enjoyed a mochaccino, cappuccino, and café latte. Each was well-crafted, comforting, and consistent with the quality one has come to expect from Union Group. Above all, it was the service that made the experience truly memorable. Anna looked after us with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and quiet professionalism. Hospitality of this kind is what keeps us returning. It is always a pleasure to spend a Sunday brunch here, and we look forward to many more.
View on GoogleFine dining at its absolute peak. We started with a beautifully curated cheese platter and the frog legs in garlic sauce—incredibly tender and packed with flavor. For mains, the red wine braised beef cheek was a standout; it literally melted in my mouth and paired perfectly with the velvety mash potato. The rib eye with white peppercorn was equally exquisite, served with perfectly crispy fries. The ambiance is pure magic: dim lighting, flickering candles, and smooth French jazz that creates a sophisticated yet intimate mood for conversation. The staff were attentive and friendly from start to finish. Bon appétit!
View on Googledining here brings back the memories of my journey through France countryside in my previous life. especially along the mediterranean coast. everything feels almost authentic. all of the meals were nice, but the frog legs dish simply blew my mind into pieces 🤯🤯🤯. though, i'm still wondering what happened to the rest of their body. i really really wish they can grow their legs back.
