We got a chance to try their sunday brunch during their collaboration with chef William Wongso. As this is our first time visit, the staff kindly introduce the concept of the dining. The brunch feature a lot of varieties starting from seafood on ice, salad, appetizer, sushi sashimi, pasta station, western buffet and indonesian buffet, dessert such as ice cream, chocolate fountain, fruits, cakes and indonesia traditional dessert. As part of the special collaboration with chef William Wongso, they also provide some ala carte menu that we can choose. All of the foods taste great and authentic, their staffs were also very kind very polite, all of the chefs were very fun to talk to and we enjoyed our time there. The only thing that we found strange is that one guest could only choose one item from the special ala carte menu, which means we could only choose two kinds as there are only two of us. It is kind of strange because the ala carte menu offered six dishes and because we can only choose one, we kinda missed the other dishes. So, when we tried one beef rendang and one bubur glewoh, the chef William Wongso himself came to us and suggest that we also try the sate banjar which we cannot order because of the rules. Although after that, the restaurant staff did kindly offer us the sate to try. We would like to commend their service and foods, but there are still rooms for improvement. In my opinion, for the ala carte menu provided instead of only one dish per guest, it would be much better if there is more flexibility for the guest to choose more from the menu as long as the foods not wasted. Overall, we were satisfied with the experience. Thank you for having us.
View on Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PASOLA - MEDITERRANEAN BRUNCH Back to Pasola after such a long time — used to be a regular here back when hotel buffet indulgence was my weekly ritual. This time, trying their weekend special: The Mediterranean Brunch. A complete international buffet spread with a stronger Mediterranean focus, which I personally really enjoyed. Fresh seafood on ice, super fresh sashimi selection, beautifully smoked hot smoked salmon, seasonal chef’s trolley with tender rump cap carving, Mediterranean dips, curated cheese section, plus à la carte dishes included within the buffet experience. Highlights: • French-style Hot Smoked Salmon 👑 Perfectly smoked, moist, juicy, and deeply flavorful. • French Onion Soup Risotto Style ( a la carte) 👑 My favorite from the à la carte selection — rich, comforting, deeply savory with a lovely al dente risotto texture. Honestly better than some risottos I’ve had at specialty Italian restaurants. Other a la carte dishes: Beef Kofta Egg Benedict, Hot Smoked Salmon Frittata, Greek Strapsada, Mediterranean Steak Bites, and Provencal Rubbed Salmon Bowl. Ended the brunch with desserts, gelato, cakes, and chocolate fondant for a proper slow Sunday indulgence, overall recommended!
View on GoogleBooked dinner here for a birthday celebration and got the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion, so it worked out to around Rp700,000 for two people, which was excellent value for money. The location is hard to beat. It’s in the heart of SCBD, right next to Pacific Place, and situated within the prestigious The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place. The buffet spread offered a good variety of dishes. In my opinion, both the quality and taste were around 7/10, which is quite decent for a continental buffet. The only downside was that the overall ambiance felt a bit dated and could benefit from a renovation to give the place a fresher and more modern feel. Overall, it’s still a worthwhile option, especially if you can take advantage of the promotion.
View on GoogleI had a wonderful lunch experience at Pa.So.La Restaurant in Jakarta. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax during the busy midday hours. The restaurant wasn’t overly crowded, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. There was a great variety of dishes, and everything I tried was delicious. The staff were attentive, friendly, and provided great service throughout the meal. Overall, I left very satisfied and would definitely recommend Pa.So.La for anyone looking for a quality lunch spot in Jakarta.
View on GoogleThe cuisine depended on the theme that's happening; mine was Mediterranean. The buffet options may not be as complete as other hotel buffets that I've tried before, but the service was the most impressive of all. The option includes Western, Japanese, Seafood, and some traditional salad. The table service always surprises us with its variety and keeps us excited. The ambience was the best, with city view and classy interior.
