I love Imperial dont get ne wrong. The food is quite nice for someone who is an office worker at SCBD like me. But their service at lunch time is just horrible. I know its the peak hour but we arrived at 11:30am and the food just came at 1pm. We barely have enough time to eat before going back to work. My advise, if you want to eat here, just dont go during lunch time on an office day, it will ruin what’s left of you after having so much stress at work. Look at these photos, we were so hungry so the table looked disaster!

Let stars speak louder At first, I totally appreciate their hospitality for welcoming customers. Its cordial, oriental atmosphere truly blended in, created such a pleasant, unforgettable dining experience. Last night we were served by such awesome, amiable service people that amplified our moments here. This extraordinary occasion went well as my birthday celebration was perfectly delivered by these great people. I barely cant say anything but the best, the best, and the best. Looking forward to visiting this incredible restaurant again🥰🥰🥰🥰 Ps. : the shootout goes to Ms Zeni for she served us enthusiastically, with her cheerful smile.

The staff members are so friendly. We were celebrating my friend's bday. We got the birthday song and birthday pao (which is served more special then any other branch). But I don't know is it just me or the beef of mie sapi kuah pedas is not as soft as any other branch. Overall we really like the ambiance and the service. Thank you Kak!

Such a nice service from the staff.. from the front door till we sit down, Mas Arief really helps a lot and suggest us a tasty food which is the Buncis tumis sapi! I’ll give 100/10 for that… we order a lot and also loves the food.. 😍 Thank youuu.. Oh and I also like that the soap isnt mixed with water…
