COPA offers Latin American cuisine. Charcoal-grilled dishes pair perfectly with Iguazú, the refreshing yerba mate cocktail.

We came here for a second time as walk in customers (most reviews here are from hotel guests). Copa has since changed its menu quite a bit. Just like the first time, we had a nice dinner, but I was not blown away. I ordered the Crudo de Carne (a beef tartare) and found it unremarkable. Maybe I am just too much used to the French style Tartare the Boeuf which is typically very nicely seasoned and so I found this dish pretty bland. My supposedly Uruguayan Chivito sandwich was even less remarkable and could pass for an ordinary club sandwich as one can eat them in any hotel restaurant. That said, my meat-loving other half ordered the Picanha and he was very satisfied. He ordered it medium rare, and it was served just to his likings and accompanied by crispy potato jalapeño. Our desserts were nice as well. Tres Leches for my partner, and the Cubano chocolate cigar with rum caramel and bittersweet chocolate mousse for me were both great. We also ordered the Paletas, which looks like an ordinary popsicle but is actually a nice combination of sorbet flavors. It was great. The ambience at Copa was loud tonight, with different kinds of music coming from different directions and we were reseated because the noise from the live music in the next door bar made holding a conversation unpleasant. That said, service was professional and accommodating in finding us a quieter spot. Copa's food offerings are nice, but Jakarta has better spots for South American cuisine. The restaurant was also remarkably quiet for a Saturday night. It seems to be Copa mainly serves as the hotel’s main breakfast and dining room.

The best Southern American restaurant in town! This was our second time dining at COPA, and they are still consistently amazing with both their food and service. All the foods were amazing and you can really tell the ingredients are fresh! My personal favorites are the Paella (both of them!) and their tacos, y'all should definitely try them for yourself! ♥️ It has a great atmosphere and fast service. Our waiter, Mr. Satori, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu! The rest of the staff were also friendly, quick, and attentive. We will definitely be coming back to COPA soon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COPA was one of the highlights of my stay. Breakfast offers an impressive variety of international and local dishes, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh and well presented, but the noodle soup station was definitely the star of the morning—it was exactly what I needed to start the day. The coffee was excellent too. A special mention to Yogi, who took wonderful care of me. Despite being new to the team, he showed genuine warmth, confidence, and attention to detail. His hospitality made the breakfast experience even more enjoyable. In the evening, the atmosphere transforms into a vibrant Latin American dining destination. The menu is playful yet refined, with beautifully presented dishes that are as photogenic as they are delicious. The tacos may look simple, but they’re packed with flavor, proving that great ingredients and thoughtful execution speak for themselves. The cocktails were equally well crafted and paired perfectly with the food. From morning to night, COPA delivers a consistent experience with great food, a lively atmosphere, and a welcoming team. It’s the kind of restaurant I’d happily return to, whether staying at the hotel or simply looking for a great meal in Jakarta.

Came here for the Santanera collaboration, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was outstanding. A big thank you to Mas Rully and Satori for taking such great care of us throughout the evening. P.s. their special cocktail Picante37 Absolutely 🙌🏻🌶️🍸

Copa is one of the most exciting restaurant openings in Jakarta in years and serving the best steaks in Indonesia. Chef Matias Mardones has relocated from Chile to create absolute masterpieces in the kitchen, the highlight being the steaks and amazing Chilean red wines. He has hand picked the meat from Western Australia, and it is rich, juicy with just enough fat that it melts in your mouth. It’s served with a selection of six hot sauces from South America that are a lot of fun. The jalapeño potatoes are an amazing side dish and bread is served with gorgeous home made flavoured butters that are full of flavour. There are also extraordinary ceviches, which hail from South America, as well as exceptional hummus, salads, all with South American connections, and nachos. Deserts are incredible churros with cream, chocolate and caramel sauce are the star, but there is a perfectly baked crème caramel, white chocolate mousse delicacy and all are beautiful to look at. South American style cocktails with tequila are fabulous and go so well with the food. The setting is grand and stunning- high ceilings, a leafy outdoor garden, wall art featuring birds (a nod to the bar of 25 hours hotel being Oddbird) and comfortable plush leather lounges and tables. Just a brilliant restaurant and there is a magnificent Sunday brunch from 490. Wow.
