Came here for dinner and ordered the Kwetiau Goreng, Laksa, and Truffle Wagyu Claypot. The food was decent, but nothing really stood out. It wasn’t bad at all, just quite average. There are plenty of other kopitiam that serve better versions of these dishes. That said, the service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and quick throughout the meal. The atmosphere is also really nice, with a modern and comfortable setting that’s great for catching up with friends or family. Overall, I’d rate the food 3/5, but the great service and ambiance make it a solid 4-star experience
View on Googlehad low expectations bc it was really empty when we came in, so when the food came we were genuinely surprised how good they tasted. we ordered nasi goreng buttrhood & creamy mapo tofu noodle + jeruk nipis madu. nasi goreng buttrhood is nasi goreng padang, complete with the very pink kerupuk + lettuce on top, but in lieu of basic telor dadar, they have silky smooth omelette on top with gravy. it’s flavourful but not overwhelmingly so, a bit wet from the gravy, and i can’t lie it’s addictive!! the creamy mapo tofu noodle was also really good. we honestly expected thick mapo tofu poured on top of noodles, but it turns out it’s more like mie ayam? we both think it doesn’t really taste like mapo tofu. it’s more like elevated mie ayam LOL. the sauce is creamy but it doesn’t end there - there’s a hint of spice just veeeery slightly, so it’s not just a one note kind of creaminess. you gotta order this one, it’s genuinely so good. it can be a bit heavy though so i do recommend ordering something fresh & light for your drink, like the es jeruk nipis madu. price is typical for ashta BUT the portion size is plenty big so personally it’s worth it! ngl i’m usually not the type to write restaurant reviews as i’m eating there but i want this resto to do well so i can eat here again many times HEHE
View on GoogleI was there for lunch with my friend. Even though I can't drink coffee, I tried their Melaka coffee with Kaya toast, it's good. The food is also good, feels healthier with their seasoning. Since I know they have just opened the restaurant, I guess they are still looking to manage the crowd and customer needs.
View on GoogleHad a great dining experience here. The food was delicious, especially the smoked duck omelette rice🥹🫶🏻 Everything was flavorful, well-presented, and served in generous portions. The service was also friendly. Definitely a place I’d come back to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
View on GoogleI ordered laksa and kopi tarik melaka. The laksa is creamy and very rich in flavor, highly recommend! I also love the kopi, it also creamy yet not too sweet, i still taste the coffee flavor. Will add this to my fav list!
