I ordered the truffle mushroom pork bacon and foccacia with cherry tomato bread. The bread here is just different! It has springy texture and quite soft. The toppings & fillings are generous and flavorful. Also ordered the pistachio cherry crumble cake. It has bold flavor of pistachio and cherry flavor as well with bits of pistachio and cherry throughout the cake. Overall, all of them are top-notch! Can’t wait to try more of them ✨

I've been wanting to try this bread so when they finally open in Ashta I decided to give it a try. I got their famous focaccia, ube babka, earl grey apple scrumble. They also have offer Buy 3 Get 1. I really like the earl grey apple, it's not to sweet. But the focaccia is too salty

Top quality. Great service. Top quality ingredients like flour, butter etc. One of the best bread bakeries out there. Its better than many Japanese bakeries. Coffee bread, ham and cheese, apple crumble, beef bread, beef quiche, mushroom quiche are all really good. Prices are about 30k to 50k per piece and top quality.

Tried the chocolate hazelnut streusel, ubi babka, yuzu cream cheese, and almond brioche. Nothing really stood out. The bread are not the super soft kind like Japanese bread, but somewhat dense and on the drier side.

Love their artisanal bread!! And service! Price wise memang on the higher range but the ingredients used makes up for it. Have tried almost all their savory bread: Pulled pork with coleslaw - this is a really good combo! The pulled pork is tender and the coleslaw gives a refreshing touch to the bread Mushroom (with pork and vegeterian): my 2nd fav from this store. You’ll find chunks of shimeji mushroom on it and you just know its quality!! Salmon and dill: this is also a good combo! Salmon nya very generous Tuna corn: didnt know these two ingredients go well together but i was mistaken. Setelah di coba ternyata enak juga ya. Cheese: fourcheese bread! Pizza but condensed in a bread! Foccacia: not my fav. For me abit too dry and not as soft as expected. Milk bread: so soft and buttery and you just cant stop. Add some nutella or pb&j yum!
