⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SUARA RESTAURANT - GUNAWARMAN Suara is easily one of Jakarta's finest modern Indonesian restaurants. Every dish reflects a deep respect for Nusantara flavors while embracing modern techniques and creative exploration of ingredients from across the archipelago. Nothing feels gimmicky—just thoughtful, refined, and exceptionally well executed. The meal begins with a thoughtful selection of complimentary suguhan, setting the tone beautifully. Standout dishes for me were the incredibly tender wood-fired Lidah Bakar Tuk Tuk, the refreshing Tuna Ganja Maluku, the fragrant kendil-cooked Menthik Susu rice, especially the Nasi Kendil Babat, and the beautifully executed Bebek Masak Tiga. Even the vegetable dishes were creative and memorable, proving that every course received the same level of attention. Save room for dessert—they're truly the grand finale. Both the Klepon Meringue and modern Klappertaart were beautifully balanced, creative, and among the best desserts I've had in a long time. Warm, elegant interiors, attentive service, and consistently outstanding food make Suara a restaurant I'll happily revisit. A true must-visit for anyone looking to experience the best of modern Indonesian cuisine.

had a really great time dining here. the ambiance is warm casual and the staff are friendly. they always take time to explain their dishes making it a very comfortable place to hang with dear friends 💛🥹🍴 and the meals are hands down the best part of this whole experience! everything is top-notch but what really impressed me were (surprisingly) Terong Bakar Kipas and their twist on Klepon Meringue. i’m no foodie expert but dang they’re really good! if i were french, i would say c’est parfait.. but im indonesian so all i have to say is MANTAP! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A modern Indonesian that is not afraid of serving bold flavours. The service was amazing and attentive. The vibes feel upscale and there’s a lot of couples having their dates here. Price is acceptable for the level of food and experience that is offered. I would say it’s the first time I’ve come to any restaurant and leaving with positive thoughts on all the dishes that I ordered. The highlights for me are the appetizers (gohu sambal ganja and andaliman beef tongue), and if I can only order one thing from here, I’ll skip everything and order the Klepon dessert. It is heavenly and the best interpretation of Klepon I’ve ever tasted (might I say this is on par with my Klepon experience in August). Again, the food here is bold and gives you the adequate ‘kick’ that indo cuisine have. The drinks we had were also great.

The exterior is so easy to fall in love with, I absolutely love the ambience. The chef is incredibly informative, and the staff are all attentive. The food is great, with very interesting options on the menu. I'd definitely come back to try more. My favorites were the prawn, duck, and tuna ganja! The fllavors are refreshing and the meat is incredibly succulent. <33

My second visit, ordered several items that are not usually seen in social media. Ayam Jepit Payangan with bright and fresh fermented sambal matah. I asked them for the extra fermented sambal matah, to balanced the Balinese spices on the chicken Domba Rabeg, not a common dishes in Jakarta’s dining scene, despite the origin from next door’s province of Banten. Nicely cooked Blitar lamb (Australian and local cross-bred lamb), easy to cut by fork. The taste itself was balanced between Rabeg-inspired sauce made from herbs and spices and the edamame salad with bright tasete on its side. For the dessert, I ordered Rondo Royal. One of the best Tape (fermented cassava) dishes in Jakarta, combined with Cempedak Gelato. Kudos for Chef Indra and team, please keep Ayam Jepit Payangan and Domba Rabeg on the menu :))
