My favorite chicken ramen in Jakarta 😋 Food - Jushi chicken ramen: I was never a fan of chicken ramen as I believe ramen broth should be made with pork. But this one proves me wrong! The broth was just how I liked it: rich, creamy, and savory. The chicken was great also, a bit crispy on the skin before dipped too much on the broth. - spinach & mushroom gyoza: a must try side dish. The filling was creamy and gave a different feel from the ramen - iced ocha: big glass & free refill Ambience Modern japanese kinda style. Perfect lighting to hang out with friends and families. Service The waitress were friendly and helpful Price Reasonable
View on GoogleComfortable space to eat and chill. Food is OK, delicious but not something unique compared to most ramen places. Ordered their dry ramen, aburi tonkotsu ramen, chicken wing, and barramundi gyoza (seasonal menu). I recommend trying the gyoza if it’s still available. The interior design have lots of mirrors. Makes the space feel way more spacious and well lit. Friendly staff too.
View on GoogleRamen For The Soul really lives up to its name! The food was flavorful and comforting the Aburi Charsiu Ramen had perfectly tender brisket with a nice smoky touch, and the broth was rich without being too heavy. The Jushi Chicken Ramen was also delicious and well-balanced, great for those who prefer a lighter option. The Spinach & Mushroom Gyoza was crispy on the outside and cheesy inside a pleasant surprise!!! Service was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming. It’s a great spot for a casual ramen fix. Would definitely come back to try other menu items!
View on GoogleLove the food, love the vibe, love the service. My fav menu is Aburi Charsiu Ramen, the thin noodle has nice texture, the broth was very rich in umami flavor. I also like the prawn/chicken gyoza. Def must try! Overall, nice ramen place to visit. They also have private rooms for family gatherings and dedicated smoking room.
View on GoogleThe signature Ramen is nice!! And the vanilla ice cream waffle with caramel (you can change it to strawberry) syrup is really nice , appetizing and refreshing
