AAHHH suka banget sama tempat ini 🫶 Honestly, I didn’t expect much because it’s one of those viral cafes everyone talks about, but turns out I really enjoyed it. The Kinako Matcha was definitely the highlight for me. They use ceremonial grade matcha and it’s only around 65k?? Love that. The matcha itself is quite bold and a little bitter, but not grassy at all. Thick, rich, flavorful. The kinako cream was sooo good too, creamy, slightly sweet, a little umami, and balanced everything out perfectly. One of my favorite matchas in Jakarta so far. The ambiance is what made me stay longer than I planned. The whole place feels warm, cozy, and inviting. Even though the cafe is quite spacious, it never felt too loud or overwhelming. Somehow it still feels calm and comfortable, whether you’re catching up with friends, working, reading, or just enjoying some alone time. I also love that literally every corner can be a photo spot. And the reading room??? Such a nice touch. It made the whole experience feel even cozier. The parking area is quite limited, but they have valet service and the staff were very helpful, so it wasn’t really an issue. One of the few viral cafes that actually lived up to the hype for me. Definitely coming back🤍
View on GoogleReally enjoyed my visit to Kurasu. The space has a calm, modern feel with nice wood and concrete details. I ordered the Montblanc and it was incredibly good, super creamy and rich. The coffee was excellent too, with a nice bright lemon note. They also have a dirty latte which looked great. For dessert I got the hojicha roll cake and it was delicious. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
View on Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ KURASU - GUNAWARMAN Welcoming the biggest KURASU in the world, kurasu.kyoto instantly impressed me with its beautifully restrained Japanese-inspired architecture — elegant, exclusive, yet still warm and welcoming. Earthy wood tones, lush greenery, and cozy living-room warmth make the space feel incredibly inviting. Tried some of their signature drinks, savory menus, breads, and pastries, and honestly everything felt thoughtfully executed. The Dirty Hojicha instantly became my favorite — earthy, nutty, indulgent, yet surprisingly light. Their omusubi remains one of my favorites in town, while the buckwheat crepes, curry bread, and shio pan were all comforting and satisfying in their own way. An all-rounded package of cozy atmosphere, good food, and great coffee. Definitely one of Jakarta’s must-visit coffee destinations 🔥
View on GoogleAlways impressed with the interior across all Kurasu branches in Jakarta. For me, this branch is one of those places where time slows down and you can relax in the middle of a bustling city like Jakarta. Visited and tried their branch exclusive drink, the Dirty Hojicha tasted rich, nutty, creamy, and balanced profile. Got seated in the reading room which was warm, cozy, and just makes you want to stay for a long time. A must try if you're in the area :)
View on GoogleBarely see a coffee shop had a reading room, which makes me want to finish one of my book that I bought. The place is a bit cold, almost froze me for a while, so I ended up take a small walk to the outdoor. But what makes this place special is that the reading room is comfy as hell. I don’t even get distracted when I read at that place. Fortunately, there’s no one misused the room to chat, but rather working on something or reading a book on their own.
