Honestly, this place is not just about the steak, it’s the whole experience. The hospitality here literally feels like a 5-star hotel level, service-nya top tier. The staff are super helpful, humble, and genuinely caring, kerasa tulus dan warm, bikin kita nyaman from the moment we walked in. Sampe kepikiran, “they must be trained REALLY well to have this kind of manner and consistency.” Now let’s talk about the food: everything was amazing. Portions are generous, dagingnya cooked perfectly sesuai request, dan semua flavors dari setiap course nge-blend perfectly. The welcome bread is the real star. Super soft, chewy di dalam, buttery and wangi garlic-nya tuh gila… and the outside? Perfectly crispy. The steak and ribs were cooked to perfection — tender inside with that perfect char on the Pork ribs was succulent! My fav by far! Same goes with beef ribs, caramelization on the beef ribs, absolutely delicious! Huge portions and amazing flavors. #hurricanesgrilljakarta

The venue is actually pretty big and nice. The caesar salad, onion rings and mushroom soup are actually delicious but when the main dishes came, we are so disappointed because it's not as good. We bought the ribs and portuguese chicken and they are overwhelmingly sweet we couldnt even finished both. I also tried to replace the side dish of potato with vegetables but they wouldn't allow. So ee ended up unsatisfied with our food at the end.

Great service 👍👍👍 Spacious and Lovely interior decor, but sub par food 😭😭😭 3/5: 1/2 Signature Baby back ribs: flakey and tender. Sauce was way too sweet and the ribs were boiled. Definitely not your traditional Barbecue. Generous Portion. Good for sharing 2/5: Double Burger(140 grams Aussie beef): served with maple bacon, sunny side egg, cheese and pickles. Asked for “Medium”, but came out well done. It’s like chewing rubber. Side of house salad and fries, which was the highlight of the dish. This place kept its reputation and food quality. The baby back ribs are still the best in Jakarta. The steaks are also excellent. The caesar salad is also highly recommended. The ancho fish for the garnish really enhance the tasting (combined with the dressing and parmesan) All in all 4.5/5.0 stars is confirmed for this place.
