The tapas were delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. But the paella, however, wasn’t really my favorite. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the visit. There was also a noticeable cigarette smell in the dining area. And restroom could use some attention as well, as the toilet seat was damaged, which made it look less clean than it probably was. Overall, a pleasant experience thanks to the food and service, but there are a few areas that could be improved.

The service was really good, the waiters are very attentive and friendly. The interior of the restaurant is pretty and the music is pretty good too. The flavour of the sangria was also good; the fruits were well soaked in the wine so you can taste it well. I tried very hard to like the food but it’s just not what I expected. If you want traditional Spanish food, this is not quite the place to go. I am confused by the mushrooms in the gambas al ajillo 😅 and the prawns were so tiny which was disappointing. It would be better for them to use bigger prawns and really drench it in olive oil. The paella tasted like Indonesian fried rice and there were mini cubes of salmon which is also not the usual for me. It was very dry and felt like it was missing a few typical ingredients of a traditional paella. Overall, the flavour of the food was just not right for me but that might be a personal opinion!

A flavour-packed experience worth returning for! Every dish we ordered delivered on flavour — standouts were the doublet bread, ajillo clásico, and snow crab omelette. Presentation was equally impressive; the plating was thoughtful and the tableware itself added to the aesthetic. A special mention to Vigo, our waiter, who was attentive, confident with the English menu, and even took photos of us without being asked. When I made the booking few days before, I mentioned it was my husband’s birthday and the team surprised us with a birthday dessert — a lovely touch that made the occasion feel genuinely celebrated. That kind of hospitality doesn’t go unnoticed. I’m giving atmosphere a 4/5 — mostly because we only found out upon arrival that one of the ACs was under maintenance. For a 3pm reservation, it was quite warm until the sun set and things cooled down naturally. Minor, but worth knowing ahead of time. One thing to flag for sensitive diners: the smoking and non-smoking sections aren’t strongly separated, so cigarette smoke can drift across. Despite the ventilation notes, the food alone would bring me back. Highly recommend if you’re after bold flavours and good service!

I recently visited Nidcielo and had a really great experience. The paella was surprisingly good—while it’s not the most authentic version, the flavor was rich and satisfying, making it very enjoyable on its own terms. What truly stood out for me was the baby squid in black ink. It’s honestly the most delicious black squid dish I’ve ever had. The texture was incredible—both crunchy and tender at the same time—and best of all, there was absolutely no fishy smell, which made it even more impressive. On top of the food, the service was excellent. The staff were attentive and made the overall dining experience even more pleasant. Definitely a place worth coming back to.

I tried several dishes like Croquetas De Gambas, Braised Tongue Slider, Chicken cornbread salad, Paella de Mariscos, Meat & Greet, Chicken Cutlet, Squid Ink Pasta, Burnt cheese cake. Honestly, everything was good. The meat was tender and soft, the seasoning was well balanced, and the overall taste really suited my palate. My favorites were probably the Paella de Mariscos and Meat & Greet because the flavors were rich but still balanced The ambience at Nidcielo was also one of the highlights for me. The vibe feels elegant, warm, and modern with a very aesthetic interior and dim lighting that makes the place cozy and intimate. Perfect for office gatherings, dinner with friends, or even a date night
