Had so much fun!! as a first timer here, i feel comfy finding this hidden gems, it’s a small yet homey book cafe, they provided all kinds of interesting books. i order NATA, it’s basically espresso with rose and lemon, soo refreshing! I love it, and i have Nasi kornet telor, and it served with peanut sauce, savory and hearty! (maybe i just starved idk lol) and we’ve stayed from afternoon till evening like 8 PM (ik, it’s bad guys so sorry) but they still give me a smiley and perfect services! will comeback for sure 🙌🏻

Batapav is my go-to spot for a slow, relaxing weekend. They offer a variety of delicious coffee options my fav Magic, Spanish Latte, and their signature Kopi Gula Aren BATA and BATAKO are absolutely the best, no debate. The book selection is a lovely touch too; you can borrow one and read it right there at the café. Oh, and the mentai dimsum? Top-tier. Highly recommend!

I tried Batapav because one of my friends has been recommending Batapav to me for the longest time. I tried the Batako Coffee (double shot) and the Nasi Tahu Telur. The prices at Batapav were relatively affordable compared to its coffee shop competitors, with my order totaling around Rp 58,000. The coffee was good, and the Nasi Tahu Telur was superb, complete with sambal and saus kacang (and a little scoop of tauge). Would definitely come back for more. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, both a little limited, but that's okay, it makes the atmosphere feel way more homy instead. There are also LOTS of cute cats around, and the cats are so chill you can just pet them.

Homey, comfy, good coffee. The music adds perfectly to the atmosphere. It was raining when I came, so so lovely. Great for work or just spending the hour winding down and enjoying the green-woody view. Plus they have cute cats hanging around the area. I’ll definitely go back!
