Warung Pak Chandra has been one of my favorite places to eat in Jakarta for years. Whenever I'm craving something comforting, flavorful, and packed with spices, this is always my first choice. Everything I've ordered here has been consistently delicious, but the Gulai Chiang Mai deserves a special mention. The beef is melt in your mouth tender, the broth is deeply flavorful, and it's the kind of dish that keeps you coming back. The service is another highlight. The staff are welcoming, efficient, and always make you feel well looked after. The dining area is fairly small, so it can get a bit warm during peak hours, but honestly, the food more than makes up for it. If you happen to be in the Wijaya or Blok A area, don't miss this place. It's one of those local gems that never disappoints.

Had a great lunch here. My fav was sop daging Pattaya, light, comfort & full of meat. Everything was tasty, quick & nice service. Unpopular opinion but i love their bawang goreng 😆 went there on Friday’s lunch time with no queue in small but compact dining area, perfect for 2-4 people/grup. Would love to comeback & try their nasi goreng.

For me it was at an okay-level-experience eating here. Tick the box. i guess it was one of those days , I ordered sate kerang - was looking good - however all 5 tusuk was tough , hard to chew and the nasi was dry. Despite the food, I was amazed with the owner’s idea for establishing this cute resto serving Indonesia’s culinary.

First time here , because my friend give recommendation. The food very tasty and rich flavor. And they also have brown rice. Very recommended for who you are looking for Indonesian local food .

Awesome spread of delicious food! Rich and flavourful! Such sensory to your tastebud. Daging gulai is a must! Love the ambience, laidback yet homely. Bring a cat figurine, toy coz the owner collects them!
