The food was decent, though nothing special. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. When I wiped the table with a tissue, it was very dirty, and even after wiping it a second time (as shown in the photo), it was still unclean. When I asked the staff to clean it, the response was simply that the table was old, with no effort made to tidy it. The staff also came across as rather unfriendly, which was disappointing—especially for a place in Dharmawangsa, where one would usually expect better service

At Dapur Oma Poppy, the Gado-Gado and Rawon were culinary highlights, showcasing the rich flavors of indo. Exceptional service, especially in response to an unforeseen incident, reinforced the sophistication of the dining experience. A must-visit for refined tastes.

Tried the brengkesan salmon that came with a clear spinach soup and corn fritters. Delicious flavour and generous portion. Great homely vibes

One of the best home-style restaurants I’ve ever tried. Oma Poppy’s food feels genuinely nostalgic—the sop buntut is incredibly tender with a clear, flavorful broth, and the nasi goreng instantly brought me back to my childhood. Staff are wonderful too—Nur is very friendly and extremely helpful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

Favourite spot when visiting Darmawangsa Square, very recommended especially Bistik Lidah, Chicken Galantine, Rawon, Lontong Cap Gomeh, and also snacks (Risoles, Lunpia basah) with affordable price and nice ambiance supported by humble staff
