Tempat yg menyajikan aneka olahan seafood dengan cara makan yg unik, tanpa piring, sendok dan garpu.

Jakarta's most popular crab eating place. Unique in its presentation, with no fancy cutleries, and its delicious taste that entertains your taste buds. First of its kind, later followed by others, but of no comparison.

Had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Cut the Crab in Sinopati! We went all in and ordered the Kalimantan crab (double portion) along with the Jaws Seafood Mix, and it did not disappoint at all. The Kalimantan crab was incredibly fresh, meaty, and packed with rich, sweet flavor—definitely the highlight of the night. The sauce was perfectly balanced and complemented the crab so well that we ended up finishing everything down to the last bite. The Jaws Seafood Mix was equally impressive, with a great variety of seafood cooked just right, juicy and full of flavor. What made the experience even better was the outstanding service from Adib. He was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu—making great recommendations and ensuring everything was served perfectly. His warm hospitality really elevated the whole dining experience. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving top-quality seafood in Jakarta. Will definitely be back again!

Always the OG place to go for crabs, with its distinctive way to eat: no plates. We’ve going back and forth for over a decade maybe. We were served by Mas Adib, who was very helpful and attentive. Cheers!

Honestly? Looks better than it tasted. Kurang nampol saus-sausnya. The upside is that it’s a great option for small gatherings. I think everybody loves a good seafood feast. Be prepared to get messy, though. I wouldn’t recommend going with a big group since they don’t really have the longest tables nor the biggest meeting rooms.

Top notch. One of those few restaurant that offers a unique dining experience. They don't give you plates, spoons, and the usual utensils. Instead, they will lay down big brown papers on your table, and then just casually pour all the food on the table. I describe it as a good place to channel your inner cavemen. The food itself are great, I recommend the signature Lousiana-style Cajun sauce. I don't have photos of the actual food because the minute they start pouring the food, we accordingly put our phone down and start annihilating everything on the table. They also provide small playground and children seats, so this place is a guarantee family-friendly. The only thing keeping this place from a 5 stars is that the waiters kinda slow sometimes (in my own personal experiences). Other than that, I can say nothing but great stuffs.

Awesome place for seafood! Loved the lobster and crab! 🦀🦐🦑 Update: We tried the Java seafood combo and Sulawesi crab too, absolutely delicious! Recommended sauce: original sauce (sweet and salty) medium spicy
