⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TIDE & TABLE - VOLUME 3 Back to Tide & Table for Volume 3—an impressively refined yet approachable menu that leans into comforting, familiar flavors without losing its finesse. Standouts for me: Slow Grilled Oxtongue 👑 — buttery, tender, and deeply flavorful, a true steak alternative. Charred Bluefin Tuna Collar — rich, silky, almost like braised beef, elevated with honey miso. Caramelized Yuzu Tart 👑 — bold, creamy, slightly funky with gorgonzola, beautifully balanced. From the umami-packed Sakura Ebi Rosti to the indulgent prawns and vibrant burrata, every dish is thoughtfully executed. Love how this volume embraces surf & turf, with both sides equally strong. A well-balanced, confident menu from start to finish—definitely a must-try.
View on GoogleReally enjoyed my experience at Tide & Table. The environment is warm, relaxed, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for a slow meal or catching up with friends. The appetizers were excellent. The tuna cracker was fresh and well balanced, the cauliflower was surprisingly flavorful, and the burrata was superb. You can really feel the attention to detail in the dishes. Service was also great—fast, attentive, and very professional. The staff checked on our table regularly and made sure empty plates were cleared quickly, which made the dining experience feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Definitely a place I’d come back to, especially to explore more of the menu.
View on GoogleHad a lovely evening here and really enjoyed most of the dishes we ordered. We tried the Uni Beignet, King Prawn Cocoon, Kombu-Aged Halibut, Cauliflower, and Potato Salad. The standouts for me were the Uni Beignet, King Prawn Cocoon, and the Kombu-Aged Halibut. The only dish that didn’t quite hit the mark was the potato salad. I think it could have been crispier, which would have made it much more enjoyable. One thing to note is that the halibut was quite salty on its own, so we ended up ordering a bowl of rice to go with it, which balanced the flavors nicely. Overall, a very enjoyable meal and a place I’d happily return to.
View on GoogleGreat atmosphere, music fits perfectly with the scene. Staff are well trained, they really understand the menu and service is very good. Food are fresh and mostly inspired by Indonesian cuisines. Our favorites are king prawn cocoon, barramundi, and Kalimantan soft shell noodle.
View on GoogleService has clearly improved; the waiters were very friendly and helpful. Note: they allow outside birthday cakes. However, the food, particularly the seafood (fish and prawn), was disappointing and tasted less than fresh.
