In my sotoy opinion, its overated & over price (sorry to say) Need lots of improvement for the taste & service. Dont force it to (soft) open if the resources not ready :(

I came here on Friday around 7 PM and there was no queue at all. There was a waitress welcoming us at the entrance and immediately explained how everything works since this place is self-service. There are so many options available, from donuts and toast to sandwiches and other pastries. For dine-in, you can grab a wooden plate, while for takeaway, you can choose between free paper wrapping or a takeaway box for an additional charge. If you’re having trouble picking up your food, there are also staff members around to help. After payment, you can ask the staff to heat your food up, and there are also several air fryers available. 🍵 Matcha Cheese Cake Red Bean Butter This one was really good! It had a generous amount of red bean and matcha cheesecake. I especially liked the red bean because it wasn’t overly sweet. The matcha cheesecake itself was nice, although I wished the matcha flavor was a little stronger. The bun was also really good—slightly wholesome and reminded me of a whole wheat-style bun. 🥪 Beef Bacon Veggie Sand This was actually really tasty, especially with the peanut sauce inside! However, since I came in the evening, the beef bacon was a little tough and still slightly cold even after reheating. I’m not sure if it was because of the timing, though. 🍵 Ceremonial Matcha Unfortunately, this one needs a little improvement for me. It tasted very milk-forward, and even before stirring, you could already see that the matcha concentrate ratio was quite low. I’d love to see a better balance between the milk and matcha because the matcha flavor was barely noticeable. Overall, I’d definitely come back to try more of their food! There are so many varieties to choose from, and I’m already curious about the other pastries and sandwiches. ✨

Finally, we got the chance to visit this bakery/pastry shop. We had the Sausage Bolognese Cheese Sandwich, Chicken Karaage Veggie Sandwich, and Chocolate Honey Cream Donut Sandwich. Overall, the food quality was premium and absolutely superb. As expected, the prices are above average compared to most bakeries around Blok M, but the quality justifies the cost. We arrived quite early, around 7:15 AM, so there wasn't much of a queue. I'm not sure if it was because of the early hour or the higher price point, but the waiting line was definitely much shorter than what I've seen at other popular spots in Blok M. The only downside for me was the venue. The interior felt a bit too dark and secluded, which wasn't really my preference and didn't encourage us to stay longer. Would we come back? Absolutely. We'd love to try their coffee selection next time, and hopefully spend a bit more time there despite the ambiance.
