Horrible experience at Tea Addict. I was excited to enter this place as I discovered a new tea place in Jakarta. Tea places are often close to heart and provide the friendliest service. But at this tea place I experienced the opposite. I was being treated differently to other customers, i.e. older customers. This was despite me wearing formal clothes as I am a young professional. They took some time to serve me and was annoyed that I haven't ordered yet after a while (even though it was them who were slow). They didn't have the ingredients ready to make a proper masala tea. And were not that happy to be asked many questions about their tea (isn't this supposed to be their expertise)! After a while my friend arrived. He ordered some food. And was asked many times if he wanted to order a drink even though he said he didn't wanted to order yet. But then the most upsetting thing happened. More friends arrived. The waitress then said in a very condenscending way that the manager told her that each of us had to order at least one item of the menu! Meanwhile the manager was only lurking from far away. How rude! Is this how you treat customers, especially younger people in a tea place! We left the premises quickly because of how unhappy we were. For the price and the service they provide its a big no no! Especially if you are young!

As its name has sugested, in here you can find variety of tea to enjoy and boosting your mood. More than that, its choices for food is also good choice and delicious. This is one of cozy spot in town where we can have a private meeting because it has some private rooms with big TV screen so we can hold a presentation meeting out of the office. Minor issue issue will parking spot due to parking capacity of the frontyard. However they have some security and parking attendant that will help you for that.

Worthy (caps on) I was at papua when watching TV told that there is a recommended place for a tea lover at Jakarta. I'm not a tea lover but I think it's worthy to try if I go to Jakarta. The review was 8/10 I think. When I come to Jakarta this place is on my top list for culinary time. So this what I've tought : Friendly staff. Plus they gave my son an ice cream. Hygiene, cozy and "like home" feeling ( I'm holding a remote control, switching the television channel as I wish) The Tea. It's the best part, from Green tea to idontunderstand-kind-of-tea is/are available. You have to try the volcano. It's a tea ice cream cover with chocolate, put the hot caramel on top so it melted and give you a wow-er expression. The taste is 9/10. It's Soo delicious. The food is tasty, plus the in home sensations making you feels like you're enjoying home cooking, but I think its better if they can add a variation on the menu so I can eat more kind of meal. It's a good place to hang out with friend, or just enjoying the meal, it's worthy to try.

God place with warm ambience and comfortable. They have some kind of classic decoration in yellow light so it feels so comfy. The music has a factor too. Foods are good. We order Fish and Chips and Chicken Rosemary (?) It has lots of kind of tea, mostly from Bandung (maybe all), some of 'em from their own tea garden. Some improvement points: 1. They should have High Tea or Afternoon Tea set or sort of, 2. They should pour tea properly, coz the tea guy spill a little on the table. Just put coster under the pot and it's a wrap. Ta Wan and Imperial are better at this point. 3. More cake menu, hehe..

If you are looking for a spot to drink a tea alone, read a book or do something with your laptop. You can try this place. Usually very quiet in here (even in weekends). Has so many variety of tea. You have to try the earl grey. Hope you enjoy it.
