I tried the black garlic customized with the black ramen with additional cost around Rp5.000. At first the staff gave me the original black ramen, but after I confirmed with them, they changed my ramen to the black one. It tasted good and I like the ramen, fits my preference.

From their first place in Alam Sutera and now here in the culinary center of Blok M, they have come a long way. I also honestly still surprised by how fast Blok M is changing. I could swear this spot was just a parking lot not long ago, and suddenly there’s a ramen shop standing here. The pace of development around this area is crazy. Since they are new the queue was long and people kind of can't figure out what to order. So order taking is so painstakingly long per person. IMHO, they hould have used a QR code ordering system instead. I tried the Creamy Rose Prawn Soba (IDR 65K), which seems to be a special menu only available at this branch. The rose sauce was actually quite good—creamy, slightly tangy, and not too heavy. The prawns were tasty, so no complaints there. The only downside for me was the noodle texture. The soba leaned a bit too mushy unlike soba, to me it's kind of overcooked. Otherwise it's a good dish. Also ordered an iced matcha latte (IDR 40K) in which they cooperate with Series Roasters (Bali). Solid and smooth, not overly sweet, and a nice pairing to balance the richness of the soba. They also sell some salt bread from studio panpan. Overall, it’s a nice new addition to the Blok M area with a cozy kissaten-style vibe. Some menu items work better than others, but it’s worth checking out—especially if you’re curious about their branch-exclusive dishes.
