We LOVED it! We’re from Holland and got great food + an even greater service😍!! All of it for a nice price and the overall experience was lovely :)

One of the busy ramen joints in Blok M. Though the restaurant didn't have a big space, it had quite a lot of seating arrangements fit in both its indoor and outdoor area. The whole concept of the restaurant was seemingly based on a Ramen factory, noticeable from the bright analog signages, factory attire hung on the wall as decorations, tables designed like conveyor belts complete with matching furnishings. Everything was packaged in a colorful and brightly illuminated shop, making it very attractive to young eyes - especially at night! When we came around 8 PM, all the tables were actually taken, but the staff offered us to join tables with other dining guests who still had free seats. We took the offer to group up with another couple indoor. Turnover rate was actually quite high, so there were constant streams of guests coming in and out of the joint while we were there - quite like a semi-fast food restaurant. For these reasons and others (like the kitchen being semi-open and plenty of staffs buzzing around), it could get quite noisy. On the table, there were free-to-use condiments, utensils and tissues. The staff that served us showed our menu and kindly informed that 1) we can choose whether we would like our ramen noodles to be curly or straight, and 2) we have to finish our payment first before the meal is served. That night, we ordered: - Ninniku Kuro Ramen, with curly noodles (7.2/10 ⭐️) - Truffle Signature Ramen, with curly noodles (7.8/10 ⭐️) - Pan-Fried Gyoza (8/10 ⭐️) The Gyoza arrived first. On first impression, each of them was quite small in size and we wondered if we had paid well for these itty bitty Gyoza. But once we bit into it, it was a beautiful burst of flavor and fragrance. It was salty and very nuanced with balanced seasonings, notably garlic. If you love the smell of garlic and onion like I do, you'd love the hell out if this one. The ramen came only shortly after. On each ramen bowl, we had three slices of tender chicken meat, half of an onsen egg, chopped garlic and sliced spring onions. Everything tasted beautiful and harmonized well with the ramen. Broth in both ramen were of the same type: creamy, rich, salty, a bit oily, and very savoury. On the Truffle one, the truffle oil was very pronounced both in taste and smell. The noodles were delightfully chewy and a little bit thick in size, making it the perfect pair with the thick soup. They were served in quite a hearty portion too, justifying the pricepoint not just by flavor but also value 👌👍 Kyuka Ramen wasn't in our list of foods to try that night in Blok M, but it was by a stroke of good luck that we got to try it. It may not look or act like an authentic Japanese restaurant, but the ramen was undeniably flavorful and reminded me a bit of how it was done in Japan: unpretentious and just straight-up fun 👍

I had a great experience at Kyuka Ramen! The ramen was delicious, flavorful, and very comforting. The atmosphere was also really nice. A huge thank you to Naila for her amazing welcome and for her great recommendations. She was so kind, attentive, and really helped us choose the best dishes. Her service made the experience even more enjoyable! 🥰 Definitely a place I would recommend if you’re looking for a great ramen spot in Jakarta! 🍜✨

their ramen not as good as i imagine, but the ambience and their service was very nice. the location also easy to find, located in the corner of pasar raya, you can saw it staright when you drop off near gojek office
