One of the recommended kopitiam style breakfast spots in Blok M. We ordered the soup misoa, fried misoa, and kaya butter toast with wheat bread. Overall, the food tasted really good and comforting. The soup misoa had a rich and flavorful broth that felt warm and satisfying, pairing perfectly with the soft texture of the noodles. Meanwhile, the fried misoa was well seasoned with a slightly sweet flavor and a subtle smoky hint that made it even more enjoyable. For the kaya butter toast, the bread was nicely toasted until crispy on the outside, while the butter and kaya spread inside remained soft and creamy, creating a very balanced texture and flavor combination. It was a simple but satisfying breakfast experience and definitely worth trying if you enjoy classic kopitiam style dishes.

This place offers a Singapore-style breakfast with my favorites breakfast meals set like kaya toast, two half-boiled eggs, and Kopi C Kosong. The kaya toast was the highlight—crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and nicely buttered. The Kopi C Kosong was decent, although it wasn't as thick or as bold as the coffee you would typically get in Singapore. The half-boiled eggs were fine, but nothing particularly memorable. I also tried the fried noodles, which were a bit too sweet for my taste. The misua soup was simple but enjoyable. Overall, the food has been adapted to suit local Indonesian tastes while maintaining a Singaporean style. I really liked the ambiance and the overall setup of the place. The service was good as well. If you're looking for a local take on a Singapore-style breakfast, this is worth a visit.

Traditional coffee shop (kopi tiam) at Blok M, serves coffee, sarikaya toast, nasi lemak, fried rice, fried noodles, kwetiau, etc. The ambience is nice especially in the morning. Suitable for breakfast. I like the fried noodles, I can taste the char from wok.
