One of my go-to places for Chinese food. Their branches are everywhere, so it’s easy to find one in many commercial areas. Big fan of their gao zi, the soup is flavorful and the texture is consistently good. They also have promo quite often, which makes it even more worth it. Service is generally quick, and the menu has plenty of options. Overall, good value, convenient locations, and dumplings that keep me coming back.

I ordered a Congee. The service was really slow. It took about 20 minutes for this. And when payment, the staff did not bother to ask my membership number. I’m a customer for many years and have visited many Imperial Kitchen and its group, never I experience this lack of service. Will think twice before I go back to Imperial Kitchen & Dimsum Plaza Blok M.

Meals are always delicious with affordable place. But too crowded and noisy in indoor area. Outdoor area is more quite but hot at the afternoon

Imperial Kitchen & Dimsum is always my go to comfort food. Today we stopped by the one in blok M and impressed with the great hospitality from mas Afdal. The tea and dimsum came pretty fast, we re such happy customer. Keep it up, Imperial 🩷
