Well, Found the cafe in one way not main street location, but the look and feel and ambiance are superb. Having modern tone of cafe, the furniture are great, comfort and good quality. The light delivered warm and cozy feel. Marketing collateral exclusively placed w/o too much disturbing material...Great job to interior and contractor!! Enjoy sitting here for long time. As for beverage and food, i ordered bundling salted bread and mocca, it is 8/10 for bread and beverage are balance between espresso,milk and chocolate for mocca, i could say 9/10, this great!!! I look into rest room, is clean and tidy, also great!!! Well congratz, this become my recommended cafe

Tried the Mont Blanc (espresso, orange, vanilla & cream) and really enjoyed it. The citrus note is refreshing, while the vanilla and cream keep the drink smooth and balanced. Definitely one of the more unique coffee options I've tried recently. The café itself is bright, clean, and minimalist. Soft jazz plays in the background at a comfortable volume, creating a relaxing atmosphere without being distracting, even when wearing earphones. There are around 11 indoor tables that comfortably seat two people each, with some flexibility to accommodate three, plus a few outdoor tables. Parking is another plus. The covered parking area can accommodate roughly 5–6 cars, with additional space for motorcycles. Overall, it's a great spot for solo work, coffee dates, or small meetings. Just note that the space may not be ideal for larger groups of more than 6 people. Found a new favorite spot! Lutmar Coffee in Hang Jebat is such a gem. The space is super cozy with a sleek, modern minimalist vibe perfect for hanging out. Everything is really affordable, and they have such a trendy menu. We ordered the Iced Americano (Earthy and Fresh blends) and Matcha Latte that came with a free Salt Bread, and the Donut Chocolate Kunafa. Honestly, everything tasted amazing! Definitely coming back

Found one of the newest coffee shops in the Kebayoran Baru area called "LUTMAR". This cafe is still quite fresh and can finally stop by. The location is easy to access on gmaps and located on the side of Hang Jebat road. There are 2 sitting areas, outdoor and indoor with comfortable seater. The atmosphere of the cafe is nice, bright and modern - Cool! :) the choice of drinks and food menu is also quite varied from the main course to small bites and bread. Ordered menu: • Matcha Latte (large) + free 1 Saltbred - *current promotion offer (As a matcha connoisseur, the matcha is good, taste just right and the saltbread is also savory) delicious! definitely will be back :)
