- The taste here is not good, I saw the staff measuring ingredients carelessly. Maybe because they were eating, they felt disturbed.

the employees are rather slow-witted. making just 2 pieces takes so long. the concoction is not good, very watery. caramel was given like someone asking for charity, the salted part was put at the bottom so it mixed with the milk. last week I bought it in the Cilandak area and it was really good, the salted part was put on top of the milk so it was delicious.

Xi Bo Ba is actually really good, but now it's downgraded; back then the cup was bigger and the cream cheese portion was just right, what a shame, please don't let them go bankrupt. If you're really afraid of losing money, just add an extra cream cheese option so we can pay to get the right taste

Already a double order from ITC Fatmawati, when reaching the restaurant the order was given to the driver again, how is that, the employee just carelessly hands things to the driver

Please, Xiboba workers, if there is a food order, make it immediately. It's already on the 5th floor of the mall, I came to the place and nothing had been made yet, what on earth are the workers doing
