Love the food, the events, the service is very friendly, very willing to help, definitely must come. They also just opened a soft serve ice cream of chocolate and EARL GREY flavor, and Crem Bule ube (optional + ice cream too). Definitely try their Elderbery Americano (okay in the pic the ube crem bule doesn’t so good but it’s actually divine. AND dairy free i think? the soft serve ice cream was also sooo soft and pure milk no water, and it was so cheap…. yet premium quality Anyway definitely come here as a chill place, to learn about their culture, or as a quick sunday morning pit stop or post-run refueling
View on GoogleOne thing you need to know that some of the workers are with disability ( can't talk and hear). Ordering will be just a little unique. Just be patient, respect and enjoy. The place was good to have a break and work/study. Anyway Internet speed was amazing here 82 mbps !!!!!
View on GoogleCafe Sunyi is a truly unique and meaningful place in South Jakarta. All the staff are persons with disabilities, mostly deaf or non verbal, and communication is done through sign language. Don’t worry if you don’t know sign language there are clear guides and visual menus to help you order easily. The atmosphere is calm, cozy, and peaceful, living up to its name “Sunyi” (silent). More than just a café, this place promotes inclusivity, empathy, and respect in a very natural way. A great spot to enjoy good food and coffee while supporting an inspiring social mission. Highly recommended. The café is also thoughtfully designed with inclusive facilities, including a wheelchair-accessible pathway, sign language guides throughout the space, and the use of Braille to support visually impaired visitors. There is visitor parking available, although it is somewhat limited, as well as a public restroom for guests. Every detail reflects Cafe Sunyi’s genuine commitment to accessibility, inclusivity, and equal comfort for everyone. #LetsGuide #VanieOnVacation #JakartaOnGoogleMaps #AksesDisabilitas
View on GoogleLove the coffee and the ambience! The coffee is rich and creamy with a subtle flavor that's easy to enjoy. The atmosphere feels very homey, and the music selection adds a nice touch, perfect for WFC. One of the most meaningful highlights is that all the baristas are individuals with special needs, yet communication is seamless. Upon entering, you’ll find a simple guide to ordering using sign language, and the team is incredibly warm and friendly. Plus, every food and drink purchase supports Sunyi Academy, a learning center dedicated to empowering the deaf community. A great cup of coffee for a great cause!
View on GoogleThe place is comfortable for WFC or WFA. They have free wifi tho it is not that fast, but still reliable for the meeting. Love the concept, most of their employees are deaf so you’ll need some sign language to order, however it is good experience to communicate with them. They also serve well foods and drink. The price is also affordable. Will put it in go-to list
