Roji sendiri diambil dari bahasa Jepang yang artinya lorong atau jalanan kecil di area pertokoan. Ini yang mendasari konsep toko pertama Roji Ramen yang terinspirasi dari Tsukiji Fish Market di Jepang

Roji Ramen KAMAJA truly delivers one of the best ramen experiences in town. The place has a calm, cozy vibe — simple yet inviting, perfect for enjoying a warm bowl of comfort food. The highlight for me is definitely the Roji Original Ramen. The broth is rich, deep, and perfectly balanced — not too salty, not too oily, just pure umami goodness. The noodles are springy and cooked just right, while the toppings blend beautifully with every spoonful. You can really tell that the chefs here care about quality and authenticity. Service is consistently friendly and attentive, and the portions are generous. If you’re looking for real Japanese-style ramen with a heartwarming touch, Roji Ramen KAMAJA should be at the top of your list. Highly recommended.

The ramen tastes good, but the chicken katsu is not to my liking. The place is kinda unique, giving a Japanese alley vibe & not many people eating there

Had a nice meal at Roji Ramen. I ordered the extra large spicy chizu ramen. The broth was creamy with a clear cheesy taste, and I really liked it. The meat was tender and flavorful. I also ordered the Kuro Ramen, the original chicken broth with black garlic. It’s one of their signature menus and the taste is still the same as always. The service was very good, staff very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Overall, a good place to enjoy ramen and I would come back again

Roji Ramen is a Japanese-style ramen shop that first opened in July 2022. The name “Roji” is taken from the Japanese word meaning “alley.” This was chosen because it was inspired by the many alleys in Japan that have special meanings and the local custom of setting up ramen shops on small streets. The concept is a Japanese food alley or a Japanese-style culinary alley. Upon entering, visitors pass through a corridor with dining areas on both sides. This space is inspired by Omoide Yokocho, a location in Shinjuku, Japan, often referred to as the “Memory Lane.” At the back, there is an open-space kitchen area where you can watch the chefs prepare the food served at the restaurant. On the left side of the kitchen area, there is a tatami mat, a traditional Japanese seating area for dining. Roji Ramen has a capacity of 55 people. Though not very spacious, the dining area is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I ordered the recommended ramen here: Hotto Ramen. The ramen broth is made from spicy chicken broth. One serving is very large, containing pieces of chicken, sliced mushrooms, ajitsuke tamago, and green onions. The spiciness is immediately apparent from the orange-red color of the broth. The broth is thick but still smooth on the throat, not too spicy. It’s characterized by its red color, accompanied by a half-cooked egg, mushrooms, sesame seeds, and chicken slices. The taste is savory with a hint of spiciness. Every ramen dish ordered at Roji Ramen allows you to choose your own type of noodles. There are four types available. These include original straight noodles, original curly noodles, spicy straight noodles, and spicy curly noodles. As sides, we ordered some extras like Gyoza, Tori Karaage, and Takoyaki. The taste of each side dish was enjoyable to eat, though I found the Karaage a bit too hard and dry; the rest were just right and tasty. Great, will definitely come back again.
