The gallery isn’t very spacious, but feels cozy, located in a strategic area in Barito, entry is free and there’s also a café right next to it.
View on GoogleD Gallery has a strategic location and a nice blend with the cafe, making it appealing. Unfortunately, the small size makes the place crowded and uncomfortable. Many visitors come mainly for photos, blocking the art pieces, which is disappointing. Weekdays might be a better time to visit.
View on GoogleBeen here multiple times—their curations have been right up my alley so far. The gallery shares its space with a cafe restaurant so it can be quite noisy during lunch hours (bonus: resto employee walking around the exhibition space). That aside, I can usually still get 45m-1h of (the needed) tranquility before another visitors come in. The current exhib "Simulasi: Molek" is exquisite and the quality is crazy (I was actually quite surprised). Almost every single piece speaks in straightforward manner, and thus accessible even to general audience who never went to art gallery before—if you let yourself to just stop and /look/ at the artwork for an uninterrupted 5minutes. Love it.

View on GoogleA great place for art exhibition and I had the chance to see the work on a new artist Malika Dipo. What an awesome work. It’s great to be able to visit a gallery again after a few years of absent due to the pandemic. Congrats on the exhibition and all the success to you. Cheers.
