Had an amazing fusion pasta here & shoutout to their heartwarming staff. Place is a little hidden from the outside and small so reservation is a battle! Tried all the pastas but my fave is the Peperoncino & karubonara. I also love their corn soup & tuna carpaccio (not pictured) however their wagyu beef is so so.

There is something quietly rebellious about a place like Supagetti, its tucked away, small, almost easy to miss. No theatrics, no desperate need to impress. Just a kitchen that cooks like it actually gives a damn. We came in hungry, a table full of people who have eaten enough to know when something is real. It started light, tuna carpaccio clean and sharp, no unnecessary noise. Then squid ajillo, sizzling, unapologetic, the kind of dish that makes you reach for bread or just drag your fork through the oil like a sinner. Simple pleasures, done right. Then the pastas arrived, and things got serious. The naporitan this humble, almost nostalgic plate shouldnt hit as hard as it does. Tomato, sausage, fried egg. Thats it. But it lands like a memory you didnt know you missed. Sweet, savory, a little messy. Just Honest food. The kind that doesnt try to be cool, and ends up being exactly that. Karubonara? Creamy, indulgent, borderline inappropriate. Rich enough to make you pause mid bite and question your life choices in a good way. It doesnt hold back, and neither should you. The mentaiko and supu pasta follow through comforting, flavorful, no weak links here. You can tell the kitchen understands restraint. They know when to push, and when to let the ingredients speak. And then the scallop pasta. The one you dont remember the name of, but you remember exactly how it made you feel. Perfectly seared scallops, sitting on top of a pepperoncino base that hums with quiet confidence. No gimmicks. Just precision, heat, and respect for the product. This is the dish that tells you everything you need to know about the place. Because at the end of the day, Supagetti isnt trying to reinvent anything. Its just cooking with soul, with clarity, and with enough edge to keep things interesting. And honestly, that’s more than enough.

Would give a 5 if it was easier to get a seat here. Price wise very worth it for the quality, portion, and taste of the food. Unique Japanese-Italian pasta that's not common in Jakarta. For the carbonara, the spicy sauce is a must. Also ask for the lemon sauce for the naporitan pasta since the ketchup taste might be overwhelming after a while. Tiramisu and carpacio was also good a option.

supagetti — a very small shop that’s easy to miss while driving by for dinner. We ordered almost all the pasta dishes, but the highlight was the off-the-menu pasta with uni. It was creamy and flavorful (5/5). The others were just so-so. Overall, it felt like too many carbs for dinner with minimal protein. The pricing was a bit on the expensive side, especially considering the exhaust system could be improved. We smell smokey after our dinner as if we went to a bbq restaurant.
