WA and IG admins are equally slow to respond, is there no one on standby during working hours? The service & processing at the Pedurenan branch is also very poor. For just 1 menu, a customer has to wait up to 1 hour or more. The store also seems to be cheating, because the process status is changed to driver delivery which causes the customer to be unable to cancel. Even though the food hasn't even been made for over an hour. very very bad service, better to close the store if you can't handle it, rather than wasting the time of customers & drivers who order.

Please for the Sec Bowl restaurant on Jalan Lenteng Agung.. as an online motorcycle taxi driver.. if the phone doesn't want to be held.. put the receipt on the table so the driver can just see the order PIN.. don't keep it far away.. from the driver.. the process is already long.. just a PIN issue until we have to argue about the phone
