from the first time I arrived I wasn't served at all, asking how to order was also very curt ALL THE MALE STAFF. zero knowledge, all clueless. waiting to order alone +10 minutes even though the table that just arrived was only me. finally I approached them again and they asked to wait, when they came they said "just write it here because the note is out" okay fine we wrote the order and I was the one who brought it to them who were acting busy. after that the note was taken, I thought it had been processed because it had been more than 30 minutes!! and in between there was a new customer, after a few minutes their food was finished:) how can I not be emotional, after I asked the cook who was blank, the answer was as if blaming me "yes sis the paper was there" (pointing to the cashier) WHY IS IT SUSPICIOUS? it's their fault but they have no brain. no say sorry then the cook left us who were emotional. I mean, your place to eat is not crowded, don't act busy with this and that, I can say this because as an fnb crew too. very suspicious, especially since the owner is there and didn't do anything. not again, thx for the bad experience mikaru!
