Bought via Gojek on the 13th, the expiration date listed was Feb 16, 2025, but the banana puff was moldy Wanted to complain to Gofood but couldn't because it exceeded 24 hours So sad... and the mold was a lot, not just a tiny spot

cravings for chocolate cheese bolen, when eaten the banana is hard, the bolen sticks to the container, this only lasts for 3 days right? please if it's getting close to the expiration date and unfit to eat, don't give it to customers. We don't finish eating it in an hour, eating just 1 is already nauseating😭

Never buy Jakarta Cheese Factory at this reseller, first it's not fresh, second the cake is in a condition like the top of the brownies has been pinched off! This is the first time buying JCF and being disappointed, because my husband was looking for the one closest to the office, usually buy the one in Tanah Kusir or Kebayoran! I swear, disappointed!!!

This reseller's place is inside an alley, so if you want to buy you can park at the nearest alfamart (if bringing a car). The place is not that big because this is a reseller guys, not a store. Before buying, the lady tells you all the details (shape, color, texture appearance, and expiration date). So, before we buy, we can decide for ourselves which one we want. As for the taste of the chiffon, it's like usual. What I didn't expect was that the brownies taste good. The original and almond ones. In my opinion, the brownies are not too sweet, the sweetness is just right, so the taste is balanced. Can pay with cash or cashless. Can also be boxed to make it easier for us to carry, the extra box price is 10 thousand. Didn't have time to take photos because it was already gone lol
