tastes like pho, but with a more elevated and flavorful twist. the broth really reminds me of authentic pho with the beef stock is rich and deeply savory, but it’s enhanced with Indonesian spices, which makes the flavor much bolder and more complex. the meatball was also really good, very meaty with great texture. I’d definitely come back to try their other dishes.

Bakso Kaldu Pusaka was a pleasant surprise. The broth is more like Vietnamese pho, so it’s lighter but still packed with flavor. It gives the bakso a unique twist compared to the usual ones. Overall, a comforting bowl that’s definitely worth trying if you want something a little different.

The meatball broth tastes different from regular meatballs. It's more like pho broth. We chose the full variety of meat flavors with a delicious taste. Unfortunately, the road to the location is quite deep and can fit two cars. Fortunately, there's a parking space for one car. It's more convenient to get there by motorbike.

I finally tried Bakso Pusaka after eyeing the place for quite sometime as it is located near my kosan and I often pass by, smelling the delicious aroma of spiced broth in the air. I think what win it for me was the thick, spiced broth. It was so good and so fresh, especially if added with lime and the sambal. The meat portion was also okay for me, especially since I got all meat no fats whatsoever. Honestly, I will come here again, but after a payday. Haha ❤️

Another bakso variant that served with beef, meat, and bakso. Diasgree if someone mentioned that this is pho. I took the beef with vermicelli. The taste is savory enough and you can taste few MSG appear on your palate. The taste got better when you add lime juice perhaps.
