They gave the wrong order. I ordered a non-spicy nasgor rendang cakalang and a spicy nasgor rendang. What I got was a spicy nasgor rendang cakalang and a non-spicy nasgor rendang. I already complained and asked them to make new ones, but they just switched the toppings. Even though I had reminded them, I want them made new and don't just swap the toppings, because I don't like fish! They still gave me the same ones, just with the toppings switched. In the end I asked for it to be packed, because I didn't want to eat it, went to the kitchen, and directly asked "was this just swapped?" and the kitchen staff said yes, because the cashier didn't tell them. The kitchen crew offered to replace it, but what's the point? I have to complain 2x before they make a new one? The service was very slow. My whole family ate at the food court there, this restaurant was very quiet, no other customers ordering besides me. I ordered first compared to my family, my family chose other tenants with more customers, but my food ended up being the very last, and wrong too. I complained, but they didn't do it. And it took so long, I thought they were making new ones, turns out they were just dragging out the time so I'd think so? Sorry, I've ordered many many times, so I know what it tastes like.

It's "nasi goreng" rendang one in name only, how could they give me cold fried rice, nope I'm never going back there again

The portion is big, the rendang meat is quite tender, the taste is pretty good. But I asked for spicy and it still wasn't spicy :)

Not bad. The rendang is tasty, like Padang restaurant-style rendang. 1 set of fried rice already comes complete with pickles, crackers, all the way to a sprinkle of ebi.

The nasgor rendang is tasty, the rendang is sooo tender 👍
