Have tried this menu a few times. Taste good. Ground beef tastes pretty much the same as the original Japanese taste. Ekado is good, filled with eggs. Warmly served, soft and tender. Staff are great. serving times is ok. cleanliness is ok. The price is great for IDR 20.000. Overall, It's a great deal.

Nice place and good food

I visited on Monday 18 Aug 2025 and ordered new & promoted Ramen. The taste was good but the services to serve those Ramen was bad. It took more than 30 minutes (+ several times reminder) to serve only 2 portion of ramen. Understood that Ramen was new menu in HokBen but it seemed the SOP was not ready.

Service was kind of bad honestly. The dumpling soup was stale. But the eggroll and the veggies were super delicious as usual. It took a while for the cleaner to clean the tables, infact, they weren't actually aware of it. I hope they'll improve their service since it's fairly new
