Had a great experience at Djournal Coffee AEON Tanjung Barat. I ordered the Sea Salt Creamy Latte, and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making it a nice place to relax or catch up with friends. The staff were friendly and the service was quick especially mas Defri.

I would rate the service 3 despite all the kind service but too crowded and packed place because THEY THROW AWAY MY PLATE AND DRINK WHEN I'M STILL THERE. What a bad service. I was going to Djournal to re-order something, then when i came back to TPC, my table was cleaned. There are still ACTUALLY some food left on the plate and i intended to eat slowly, but WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION, it was being thrown away. What service! The taste of the food and drink are as always good. I always like their foods and drink but i'm utterly disappointed with the service here. I visited other TPC and this is the first time i have experienced this kind of TERRIBLE SERVICE. I know there are so many people and it was so packed, but it was overly disrespectful to throw away the food while the foods are still on the plate. It wasn't finish yet. At least they can confirm first if they want to take away the plate. Btw the Kinako latte is unique and the food is okay. I hope the service could be improved. Thank you

Top notch! The drinks are great and the staff are very friendly. The place also has some cakes and other snacks, you should check them out.
