First time trying it, because I wanted to eat something with soup. The meatballs were pretty good too, but the noodles happened to be too soft for me, and the broth wasn't savory enough either.

Sorry, but for mall/restaurant-class bakso it's not really worth it. Out of all the many bakwan toppings, the only one that's tasty and decent is just the fried meatball. The broth is also pretty ordinary, not punchy, not brothy, and doesn't have its own distinctive flavor. The meatball texture is dense and soft, not chewy or bouncy. The sambal wasn't fresh when I ate there. Honestly the quality needs to be improved, because there are independently run roadside bakwan malang shop-houses whose quality and taste are just as good as the restaurant/mall-level ones. Prices: there are packages starting from Rp 50K, and also individual items from Rp 8K - Rp 16K.

why is the service so slow now, I only bought 1 portion and had to wait for the broth for like 10 minutes🤦🏻‍♀️

The broth is savory, the meatballs and fried items are delicious. Good service.
