ACARAKI
As a traditional spice herb, herbal medicine from generation to generation has been believed by the Indonesian people as a potion for health. The term “jamu” comes from the ancient Javanese language, namely “jampi” which means mantra/prayer, and “oesodo” which means health.

If you’re looking for a new way to enjoy traditional herbal drinks, Acaraki is definitely worth trying. It’s a true upgrade to traditional jamu. For coffee lovers, this can be a great alternative—something healthier but still exciting in taste. The menu is surprisingly creative, featuring classics like beras kencur and kunyit asam, along with modern twists such as jamu served with ice cream. It’s not just healthy—it’s actually enjoyable and doesn’t feel like your typical herbal drink What makes it even more interesting is how Acaraki has transformed the image of jamu into something more stylish and appealing, especially for younger generations who might not usually be into traditional drinks.
View on GoogleAcaraki at AEON Mall Tanjung Barat is a great option for those looking for a refreshing twist on traditional jamu. Their menu offers unique combinations like "golden sparkling" (kunyit asam with sparkling water) that make healthy drinks taste delicious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, helping you find the perfect drink based on your preferences.
View on GoogleThe concept is unique—it's a café that serves Jamu. The menu variety is not extensive, which is perfectly fine for me because I can ask about each dish without wasting too much time, haha. I ordered the Golden Sparkling (Kunyit Asem + Sparkling Soda), and it blended perfectly👌. I will definitely revisit while waiting for my family or friends to shop nearby.
