All the food is so delicious! I’ve been here several times and it never fails. Huge shoutout to the staff, especially Mas Fadli he’s super friendly, humble, and welcoming. Absolutely love this place

The food here is delicious, and I especially love the mezze with the warm soft bread—everything is fresh, flavorful, and great for sharing. The shisha is also really good quality, with a great selection of mixes. What really makes the experience stand out, though, is the service. Everyone is friendly and attentive, especially Mas Fadli, who took such good care of us throughout the evening. He was attentive without being intrusive and made sure everything was just right. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Citos for good food, shisha, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Nice place to hang out with friends, good music and chill vibes. The shisha quality is smooth and lasts long, with lots of flavors to choose from. Food portions are fair and the service staff are friendly, though sometimes a bit slow during peak hours. The outdoor area feels lively and relaxing. Overall, a great spot to unwind after work or on weekends. Recommended: Mint & grape shisha, chicken shawarma, and Turkish tea.

The service was quick! Personally i prefer the olden days but they still managed to keep similar vibes. The flavor of the shisa os great, tried their grape and gum mix with sprite and it was smooth. The baklava is also good, pairs well with sahara tea. The milk pudding is soft and the pistachio is nice with gentle sweetness overall.

Just had a nice lunch at Shisha Cafe Citos. The food is good, I ordered Shish Kebab and hubby Lamb Leg. The meat could be a little bit more tender, but the seasoning was ok. Hubby said the lamb leg was a wee bit pungent in smell, but he finished it anyway 😁. The service is great, Mbak Astri was patience in explaining and recommending the menu, and always be ready for any requests. A relaxing Sunday lunch indeed 😙
