Tried Kafe Betawi Citos for lunch. The place is quite spacious, so it didn’t feel too crowded. There’s seating in the front and also a back area. Service: Quick and responsive, food came out fast. Food: Ordered Soto Betawi + rice and tempe mendoan. The soto was nice—generous beef and creamy, slightly milky broth. The condiments are a bit different, more like asinan Betawi (mostly cucumber & carrot) instead of typical acar. Tempe mendoan: More crispy/dry than the usual soft type—personally prefer the wetter version, but this might suit others. Also served with sambal kacang. Overall, the food is decent. They also provide coffee, so you can just grab coffee and snacks if you’re not in the mood for a heavy meal.

Food was great, came quickly. Service attentive and fast. The only disturbing thing is that the room is not properly decorated which made all sound bounce back all over the place - very loud in here. Got a free krupuk for an honest review. :)
