Me and mas oky had a quite great time at Gacoan Aipda, even though the ambience were pretty crowded in lunch time. we, (actually me haha) enjoyed the mie hompimpa and the ultimate, the one and only udang keju 🥳😍. Thank you! Will definitely come back here for another lunch. Regards, Hany.

Tonight, I dined at Mie Gacoan with three others and spent a total of 100,000 IDR. When I asked for tissues, I was ignored the first time. The second time, they said it was being retrieved from the warehouse, but nothing happened after that. It wasn't until the third request that I was given a single sheet of tissue. Previously, on the second day of Mie Gacoan's opening, I asked for toothpicks but wasn't given any. The sambal served was only in sachets. When I asked for a plastic cup, I was told it would cost 1,000 IDR. Even toothpicks were chargeable, according to the server. To the owner who claims to be capable of running a restaurant, please don't charge for everything. It's basic for a restaurant to provide tissues, toothpicks, and plastic cups. They should also serve sambal with a decent level of spiciness. Given the poor service and the owner's apparent greed, I'll think twice before visiting again. The fact that everything, including toothpicks and plastic cups, is chargeable is quite disappointing. It's essential for a restaurant to provide these basic amenities without extra charges Providing the best service would be better if all plastic cup items were free, and toothpicks and tissues were provided at each table, just like what is commonly found in other restaurants.""Think carefully, remember that if your newly opened restaurant closes just because of this payment issue, you'll be the one who loses out. People might not say anything at first, but this could be the trigger for public anger. It's better to follow my advice and provide free plastic cups, tissues, and toothpicks. I understand it's only 1,000 IDR, but I think it's still a burden. Sorry, people from lower-income communities might find it difficult. Think carefully and follow my advice. Thank you.
