The food is very good, reasonably priced, and the place is clean with a nice ambiance.

Your usual sushi tei but tucked in the basement of west mall of Grand Indonesia. The waiting time is brutal, can be 30 minutes or more since it's so favorable by other people as well. It's actually the same like other sushi tei so you can expect more or less the same. The price is the same, the food qualities are also similar. Nothing special but you can't go wrong with it.

My go-to place when I want a quick fix of Japanese food. This place can get very busy at times, especially on weekends. So, be prepared to wait if you go here, more so if you come with a large group. On this occasion, I ordered one of my favorite menu items, which is Chicken Teriyaki Salad with Sesame Dressing (68k). Consisting of assorted vegetables, pan-fried teriyaki chicken, and deep-fried crabstick, this dish is perfection. The explosion of texture is probably what I love the most about it, as you can get varying ones from the crunchiness of the vegetables to the succulent chicken meat. The service was pretty good. The staff was responsive when I told them I hadn't gotten my iced ocha even after my salad had arrived. All in all, I had a pleasant time dining here.

like sushi tei in general, overall everything was good but the service was a bit slow. sorry i didnt take many pictures

Came back to Sushi Tei to try the viral Sushi Mentai Rice, it was super good indeed! Staff is helpful, the place can be super crowded… might get you to significant waiting list. The Grand Indonesia branch is more vibrant in terms of ambience than the others though.
