I have lived here for 2 years. The place is in the city center near the office area. There are many public transportations near this apartment such as MRT and Busway. I live on the side facing the Grand Sahid Hotel and on the middle floor, so at night especially on weekends it is very noisy with motorbikes passing by. The apartment’s facilities are include a swimming pool on the 8th floor, a Jacuzzi, and a gym on the LG. The gym is quite good. However, in my opinion, the management is less proactive in dealing with tenant problems.
