Koultoura Coffee – Sudirman delivers a lively, modern café experience with its stylish interiors, friendly service, and consistently well‑crafted brews. The space feels energetic yet comfortable, making it ideal for casual meetings, remote work, or a relaxed coffee break. Their signature drinks are flavorful, the food menu is thoughtfully curated, and the ambience strikes a great balance between trendy and welcoming. It’s a spot that leaves you refreshed, satisfied, and happy to return.

One of my favourite places to chill, get coffee, and snack on donuts. Their donuts are from Dough Darlings, which was my favourite from Bali. Go to order is always Papa Bear Milk Coffee; pairs well their donuts. Main course dishes are also quite solid, which is great! The vibe was also great, not too crowded, and has an indoor smoking area. People often come here to WFC since there's a lot of plugs.

Visited on a weekday afternoon for coffee after lunch, it was not too crowded and there were many available seats. We ordered iced white which came unsweetened by default (you could ask for it to be sweetened though, but I got mine as-is). It was smooth and strong.

A very comfortable place for a meeting or WFC. They have indoor smoking area so automatically it’s a plus point from me. The food is really good and the beverages are also nice and not that sweet. I think people who don’t really like sweet drinks will love it.

If there were a 0-star rating, I’d give them that. I’m aware that I went to Koultoura during a community gathering, and we were informed from the start that our order might come out late. But we definitely didn’t expect to wait 2 WHOLE HOURS. I really don’t understand why they accepted us as customers when they couldn’t handle that many orders in the first place. What frustrated me the most was their lack of communication. Since we were told our food would be served a bit later, we waited patiently while snacking on other items we’d ordered. After an hour, we began asking about our order multiple times, but there was still no update. Not once did anyone proactively update us or apologise for the delay. If we hadn’t kept asking, I honestly don’t think they would’ve noticed our order wasn’t ready. At one point, a waitress didn’t even seem to be aware of our order, as if it were the first time she’d heard of it. By the two-hour mark, we saw new customers getting their orders before us, so we finally decided to walk out. Only then did the manager (I assume) say our orders were being plated. We waited another 15 minutes or so, only to be told that the mac n cheese was ready, while the maple chicken would take longer. Eventually, they offered us a refund. I don’t know if it was the crowd, poor staff communication, a lack of system, or all of it, but everything was extremely disappointing.
