this place is located on the upper floor of the mall. they have good decorations, like pictures and plants. the staff is friendly too. the food on the other hand is not so good. the beef has many tendons and fat, so the meat becomes chewy and less tender. the stir fried kangkong is not appetizing. it's too wet, and overcooked. it's dark and not that delicious.

For the love of everything that is holy, do not eat at this place. service is SLOW. I repeat: SLOW. I'm not talking about cooking the food because sure, burning ribs needs some time for sure. i'm talking about even asking for extra bowl, extra cup, extra rice - basic stuff that you can simply pick from shelf. IT'S SO GODDAMN SLOW. like how hard is it to take a bowl from the kitchen? how hard is it to take a disposable cup from the stack? if you value your time, heck, if you have the slightest sliver of love for your self and self worth, DO NOT DINE HERE.

Service was great and proffesional, the food tasted good, but for me the portion for the sambal is quite small hahaha

Such a disappointment, came here hoping to eat some comfort food, ended up being annoyed, where to start: 1. Wanted some nasi uduk, told it was out, yet table next to us who came after us had 2 servings of nasi uduk 2. Konro was cold, I mean, I get that you prepped the food and preserved it in the fridge but heat it properly! The amount of time I waited, and still get cold konro ribs? Speechless 3. Service took so long, the main course was out 15 minutes before the rice, so when the rice came the dish was already cold. 4. The waitress was nice, but 'slow' she asked us twice for the level of spiciness which we answered the first time and she forgot to input one of our order, thankfully that one didn't took too long. All in all, safe to say, I won't be coming back... this one time is enough.

Atmosphere is ok, food is subpar. Service is very slow. Terrible price for the service and food we got.
