It's a humble padang restaurant with a top notch rendang dish. The place is not fancy but the food is tasty. It tastes more authentic than the big names of other padang restaurants. And they sell a lot of sweet indonesian traditional desserts that I can resist to buy every time I eat here
View on GoogleThank you for this amazing experience. I lived in Jakarta for 9 months got hospitalized for the first time. What did you put in the food, rat position?
View on GoogleThe best Padang Resto in west Jakarta side. Must order Rendang, strong smoky toasty coconut flavour. Ayam Pop and Dendeng Batokok are my most favorite here. They have a spacious 'saung' type in the back yard.
View on GoogleI came to visit Jakarta (stayed 9 days) from Bangladesh. I stayed in Djuragan hotel which is a couple of steps away from this restaurant. I walked in to have dinner. Everyone working was helpful finding me menu through Google translation. The same continued for the whole duration. They make the best mango juice. To to hotel management or owner, you have the finest crew in the world. They do an amazing job. Lastly, whilst some may find a cat in food establishment unhygienic, it was a cherry on cake for me instead. Well behaved cat, be sure to pet it, it loves it 😄😄.
View on GoogleI loved every scoop of the Rendang here. It's savory yet light, and you're still able to taste and smell the toasted coconut. Hence, it's winning so much in such Rendang competitions. Definitely would make a comeback here.
